Community members in our region have said they would like to see…

  • More connected communities
  • More transportation choices
  • An efficient and well-maintained transportation system

These goals, established by the community, have been included in the Plan. Mobility Plan 2040 will serve as a guide for the TPO as we prioritize funding for all modes of transportation—public transportation, freight, bicycle, pedestrian, and paratransit over the coming decades. Mobility Plan 2040 seeks to establish a framework that will be implemented through a variety of projects, plans, and programs and will enable communities to be more connected, more efficient and more resilient.
